• Security is a top priority! Payment information (credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc.) will be securely transmitted from your customers' browser to our servers using 128 Bit SSL encryption. 
  
• Your customers will feel like they never left your web site! You can: 
  
  • change the currency symbol (the default is "$"). 
    
  • display your company name, logo or both. 
    
  • change background, text, and heading colors. 
    
  • use your web site's background image. 
    
  • place messages to your customers on each page. 
    
  • display your logo inside pages that use frames.

   

• Omni keeps track of all the items your customers add to their shopping cart. It automatically calculates shipping charges, sales tax, discounts, per item totals, a subtotal and a final purchase price. 
  
• Your customers can add one item at a time to their shopping cart or many items at once. 
  
• Omni can work with an unlimited number of items. Each item can have an unlimited number of options and prices for those options. For example, if you sold clothes at your web site, you could offer your customers different sizes to choose from (small, medium, large, XLarge-add $2.00). If they selected "XLarge," $2.00 would be added to their order.
  
• Inventory control features allow you to specify the number of items you have "in stock" for each product. Omni can even notify you when certain products have reached a low inventory!
  
  You can accept up to 9 methods of payment: 
  
  1. Secure Online Credit Card Payments. You can accept credit card payments in one of two ways:
     
     1. Manual Method:. If you process credit card orders off-line, Omni can save all of your customer's credit card information and make it available to you. 
        
     2. Real-time Method. Your customers pay for products or services online, at the time an order is placed. Omni is compatible with the internet's most popular real time processing systems.

      

  2. Secure Payments by Check. Accept checks from your customers online! You have two options:
     
     1. Manual Method:. Omni will save your customer's checking account information in your order file. You can use this information to print checks with any ink jet or laser printer. The checks can be deposited or cashed at your bank just like regular checks. Visit the VersaCheck web site to purchase the software and check paper you will need to print your own checks. 
        
        Real-time Method. Process your customer's checks online - no check printing required! Omni is currently compatible with eCheck (an Authorize.net service) and PayByCheck. 
        
  3. Telephone Orders. Omni will display an order summary that will make placing orders by phone easy. Your customers won't have to write down or remember what they ordered. 
     
     Fax Orders. Omni will display a "fax ready" order form that can be printed and faxed to the your office. 
     
  4. Mail Orders. Omni will display an order form that can be printed and sent to your office by mail. 
     
  5. COD (Cash on Delivery). Your customer's can pay for merchandise when it is delivered, instead of at the time of sale. A fee for COD orders can also be applied. 
     
  6. Purchase Orders. Purchase orders are generally used by other companies to purchase your products with the intention of paying for them at a later time. If you accept purchase orders, you can also designate payment terms (e.g., 2/10, n/30). 
     
  7. Pay Pal. Pay Pal offers secure online payment services. 
     
  8. Cube Card. Cube Card is a prepaid payment card.

   

• Omni can calculate shipping charges using 7 different methods:

   

  • USPS Online Shipping Calculator. Omni will communicate with USPS computers at the time an order is placed to provide your customers with accurate USPS shipping charges.
    
    
  • UPS Online Shipping Calculator. Omni will communicate with UPS computers at the time an order is placed to provide your customers with accurate UPS shipping charges.
    
  • Based on the weight of items ordered. Omni will use the total weight of an order to calculate shipping charges. You can set "first pound" and "per pound" charges.
    
  • Flat fee per item. You can assign a flat shipping charge to the items offered at your web site. An incremental value can also be used.
    
  • Based on the total amount of an order. Omni will add a shipping charge when the total amount of an order falls within the range values you've assigned.
    
  • Based on the number of items ordered. Omni will add a shipping charge when the total number of items ordered falls within the quantity ranges you've assigned.
    
  • Based on a range of weight values. Omni will add a shipping charge if the total weight of an order falls within the weight ranges you've assigned. 
    
• Handling charges and minimum shipping charges can be used with all of Omni's shipping calculation methods. 
  
• Omni also works great for companies that offer services, downloadable software, or access to restricted areas of a web site. Omni can collect billing information only, allow your customers to add downloadable files to their cart, or display a custom link that directs shoppers where to go next. 
  
• Omni can calculate sales tax for as many states as you wish! You can also choose to make certain items tax exempt. 
  
• You can specify a minimum order amount. If your customer has not met the minimum order amount, Omni will add the difference to the subtotal as a "Minimum Order Charge." 
  
• You can display a small "thumb-nail" image with each item your customer places in their shopping cart. 
  
• Omni can track where customers learned about your web site. This is valuable marketing data that will help you to determine which sources produce the most leads! 
  
• You can set up Omni to calculate volume discounts. You can offer different volume discounts per item or apply a volume discount to an entire order (based on the subtotal amount or number of items ordered). 
  
• Omni can manage promotional discounts. For example, you could offer your previous customers a 10% discount on their next order. You would provide them with a discount code that they would enter into the "Discount Code" box the next time they placed an order. 
  
• When you receive an order, Omni will notify you by email. To view your order invoice, you simply log in to the Omni Administration Area. You can also batch download your orders! This will allow you to import order information into your favorite database or accounting software. 
  
  Often times someone will add items to their shopping cart and not complete the ordering process. Omni will save each person's shopping cart for up to 5 days. If they return to your web site, your customer will be pleased to learn that the items in their cart have been retained. 
  
• Before an order is complete, your customers will view a summary of their order.This confirmation screen will give your customers a chance to make sure everything they ordered and all the information they entered is correct. 
  
• If one of your customers returns to your web site to place another order, Omni will recall your customer's billing and shipping address so they don't have to re-enter it. 
  
• Omni will function properly under any conditions. It doesn't matter what browser your customers are using (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.) or if they choose to disable scripting and cookies. 
  
• Omni is compatible with AffiliateShop, AssocTrac, affiliatetracking.com andClickTrade affiliate management systems. 
  
• Omni manages the ordering process from beginning to end. After an order is complete, Omni will display a receipt that can be printed. A "thank you" message and order details are also emailed to your customer.
